Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Christopher Mitchelmore as Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour and Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, with effect from September 6, 2019.
