Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy King as Deputy Minister of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, effective September 6, 2019, at her current salary and Point Scale under the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to her date of appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein.
