Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to request proposals from qualified companies for exhibition booth services at the International Boston Seafood Show for a three year period commencing in 2009-10.
