Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit up to $50,000 (USD) against each of its 2010-11 and 2011-12 budgetary appropriations to provide for exhibition booth services at the International Boston Seafood Show.
