Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations for Marine Operations – Administration as follows: (i) $150,000 for 2010/11; (ii) $250,000 for 2011/12; and (iii) $150,000 for 2012/13 to facilitate the management and supply of uniforms for marine vessel personnel.
