Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to exempt Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro from the application of section 38 of the Act, which requires Public Utilities Board approval in order to discontinue service, to Grand Bruit.
