Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Brian Miller as Executive Director Employee Relations in the Public Service Secretariat, effective September 25, 2009, with salary at step 22 on the 1510 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan and with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to the executive to apply.
