Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a 1% differential in salary for Mr. Geoff Williams Assistant Deputy Minister – Labour Relations in the Public Service Secretariat, to take into consideration the reporting relationship between the Executive Director Employee Relations in the Public Service Secretariat and Mr. Williams effective September 25, 2009, for the duration of that reporting relationship
