Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Town of Cow Head to issue a Request for Proposals to select and supply filtration systems and secondary water treatment systems in accordance with section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
