Under the authority of section 32 of “An Act to Amend the Highway Traffic Act” SNL2009 c9, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on October 1, 2009.
