Under the authority of section 14 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to borrow up to $8,000,000 which is to be used to provide loans to eligible homeowners to finance replacement of heating oil storage tank systems.
