Under the authority of section 2.16.1 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize amendments to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement as follows:

(i)  The document entitled “Nunavik Inuit/Labrador Inuit Overlap Area” attached as Annex A of the Minister’s Submission is added to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement as Chapter 24;

(ii) Schedule 2-A of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement is deleted and replaced with a revised Schedule 2-A attached as Annex B of the Minister’s Submission; and

  iii) Schedule 19-A of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement is deleted and replaced with a revised Schedule 19-A substantially in the form of the revised Schedule 19-A attached as Annex C of the Minister’s Submission
