Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board:

   i)    Dr. Hugh Miller, effective from a current date for a three year period; and

   ii)   Mr. Samir El-Gohary, effective from a current date for a three year period.
