Under the authority of section 97 of the Personal Health Information Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the following sections of the Act into force effective the date of publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette:
