Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding of $198,400 against its budgetary appropriation in fiscal year 2015-16 and of $198,400 against its budgetary appropriation in fiscal year 2016-17 to facilitate the award of a contract to Aivek-Stantec Limited Partnership for the provision of environmental consulting services associated with site remediation at the former United States of America military facility at Hopedale, Labrador.
