Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $286,500 against its 2009/10 budget appropriation for the acquisition of a replacement engine for the M/V Gallipoli.
