Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be prepared for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to summon the Members of the House of Assembly, following the prorogation of the First Session of the Forty-Sixth General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, for the Forty Sixth General Assembly to meet in its Second Session for the dispatch of business on Wednesday, March 25, 2009.
