Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit funds in the amount of $166,000 for fiscal year 2009/10 for the purpose of engaging consultants as necessary to complete appropriate pre-design program planning for a new court facility in St. John’s.
