Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $63 million against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations for new projects under the 2009/10 Provincial Roads Improvement Program.
