Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation to enter into a lease with Sobey’s Inc. for a new liquor store on Old Placentia Road in the City of Mt. Pearl, for 10 years with a renewal option for a subsequent two terms of five years each, at a rate of $12.75 per square foot for 10,000 square feet of retail space ($127,500.00 annually).
