Under the authority of section 26 (4) of the Financial Administration Act , the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Servicesto pre-commit funding against its future years’ budgetary allocations as follows:  $5,202,600 in 2009-10; $8,708,700 in 2010-11 and 2011/12 to facilitate entry into an agreement for the construction of a genetics research building.
