Under the authority of sections 4 and 37 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to construct a building to support both the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Human Genetics and the expansion of Memorial University.
