Under the authority of section 3(2)(i) of the Pubic Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information to issue a Request for Proposals for equipment, software and professional services for the Electronic Health Record/Laboratories project.
