Under the authority of sections 30 and 22 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Auburn Warren as an alumni member of the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, effective immediately until August 31, 2011.
