Under the authority of sections 30 and 22 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bill Matthews as a member of the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, for a first term effective immediately to October 26, 2009, and for a second term for three years from October 27, 2009.
