Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,500 square feet of office space for the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, Document Processing Unit from Kenmount Properties Ltd. at Metro Place, 261 Kenmount Road, St. John’s, NL, for a period commencing at a current date up to April 12, 2016 at a rental rate of $35.29 per square foot (total annual rate of $123,500.00 plus HST).
