Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the assignment of Lease No. 114226 situated at Camp 10 (off Route 360, Bay D’Espoir Highway) in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay – Cape La Hune, to Mr. Peter Howe and Ms. Deanne Howe, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases, and to further approve the application for a grant pursuant to the lease for Mr. Peter Howe and Ms. Deanne Howe, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
