Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a Conveyance (in a form to be prepared by the Department of Justice) of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland in and to the real property situate and being at Main Road, Port au Port, Newfoundland and Labrador to James Cochrane Jr. subject to the provision of an Indemnification by James Cochrane Jr.
