Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Gary Gosse as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Transportation in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective March 31, 2009, with salary in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures.
