Under the authority of subsection5(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro to enter into power sales agreements, marketing agreements, transmission service agreements and other necessary or associated arrangements for the sale of power and energy to customers outside the Province.
