Under the authority of section 5.2 of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to exempt Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro’s power sales agreements, marketing agreements, transmission service agreements and other necessary or associated arrangements for the sale of power and energy to customers outside the Province from the operation of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994.
