Under the authority of section 41.1 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations, entitled “Mineral Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which reflect the boundary changes made to the Special Management Area and Waterway Provincial Park.
