Under the authority of Section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funding of up to $1,500,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2010-11 and $500,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2011-12 in order to facilitate the advancing of loans to Holson Forest Products through the Forest Industry Diversification Fund.
