Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act , the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding of $10,780,937 against its appropriations in 2010-11 and $6,394,875 in 2011-12 to facilitate the award of a contract for the building of a College of the North Atlantic Campus in Labrador West.
