Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 16 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador each for a three year term:

 i)   Ms. Marina Whitten Q.C., Bencher of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador;

ii)   Ms. Genevieve Dawson;

 iii)  Mr. Derrick Anthony; and

iv)   Judge Catherine Allen-Westby during her tenure as President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Court Judges Association.
