Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 5,000 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Government Services, Government Service Centre from S & N Enterprises Ltd., in the Noseworthy Building, Harbour Grace, NL, for a twelve (12) month period effective January 1, 2009 at an increased rental rate of $19.50 per square foot (total annual rate of $97,500.00) under the existing terms and conditions of the original lease.
