Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 4,471 square feet of office space for the Department of Government Services, located at 13 Churchill Street, from G & S Rodgers' Enterprises Limited, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, on a month to month basis up to a nine (9) month period effective June 1, 2009 at an increased rental rate of $21.75 per square foot (total annual rate of $97,244.25) under the existing terms and conditions of the original lease.
