Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 5,604 square feet of office/clinic space for community based services of Eastern Health for Bay Roberts and surrounding communities from Dawe Enterprises Ltd., presently occupied by Eastern Health, for a period of one (1) year, from May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011 with a further one year renewable option and at a rental rate of $20.00 per square foot - $112,080 per annum plus HST.
