Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license  to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 5 square metres situated at Three Island Pond, Paradise, in the Electoral District of Topsail to Mrs. Donna Elliott and Mr. David Elliott for  the purpose of a wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
