Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to approve Application No. 132045 for a grant of 1860 square meters Crown Land at St. Jude’s (off a former section of the Trans Canada Highway) in the Electoral District of Humber Valley, to Mr. Faron Young subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
