Under the authority of subsection 9(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown Land comprising an area of 14.56 hectares to the town of Town of Joe Batt’s Arm, Barr’d Islands, Shoal Bay in the Electoral District of the Isles of Notre Dame for the purpose of a municipal open space recreational park subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
