Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown Land comprising an area of 200 square metres to Glovertown Shipyard Limited, in the Electoral District of Terra Nova for the purpose of a marine railway subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
