Under the authority of section26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Municipal Affairs to pre-commit $682,700 in 2010-11 and $341,500 in 2011-12 against its budgetary appropriations for the purpose of compensating Municipalities/Towns for the loss of grants in lieu of revenues through the closure of the Grand Falls-Windsor Mill.
