Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 35 square metres to Mr. Calvin Pickett in the Electoral District of Bonavista North for the purpose of a fishing shed and wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
