Under the authority of section26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amounts of $90,000 against its 2010-11 budgetary appropriations and $60,000 against its 2011-12 budgetary appropriations in order to facilitate the awarding of a contract to develop and publish student and teacher resources for a Grade 2 religious education program.
