Under the authority of section 73(q) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled Access to Information Regulations (Amendment) a copy of which are attached to the Minister’s Submission which designate section 5.4 of the Energy Corporation Act and section 21 of the Research and Development Council Act as prevailing provisions.
