Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the First Amending Agreement of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Agreement on the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues 2006-2015, to address allocation of funding for the period of  2010/11 to 2013/14: and, to extend the option to make future amendments to the Gas Tax Agreement.
