Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 35 square metres to Mr. Clyde Pickett and Mr. Cyril Hillier, in trust, for the Freedom Boat Launch Association in the Electoral District of Bonavista North for the purpose of a slipway subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
