Under the authority of section 28(2) of the Financial Administration Act, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that there is insufficient legislative provision and that no other countervailing savings are available, and on the report of the Minister of Business that the necessity is urgent, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve, on the recommendation in writing of Treasury Board, the preparation of a Special Warrant for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, in the amount of $550,000 within the vote of the Department of Business for the purpose of launching a new brand signature, logo and strategy, allocated as follows:
