Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Charles Bown as Assistant Deputy Minister – Energy Policy (Acting) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective July 4, 2006, at an appropriate step on the 1358 point scale in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
